Description:
Responsibilities :- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and security.- Conduct functional, regression, and usability tests to identify defects and ensure product quality.- Design and implement automated test suites using Selenium, Postman, and other automation tools.- Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter and PerfMon to evaluate system performance and scalability.- Conduct API security testing to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define test scenarios, and prioritize testing activities.- Conduct requirement analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business objectives.- Perform usability testing to evaluate the user experience and identify areas for improvement.- Conduct migration testing to ensure smooth transitions between software versions or platforms.- Document and track defects using issue tracking tools such as Jira and Redmine, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in testing, and recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in software testing, with expertise in Selenium, Postman, and other testing tools.- Strong knowledge of web technologies, TCP/IP networking fundamentals, and RESTful/API web services.- Experience with version control systems like Tortoise SVN and issue tracking tools like Jira and Redmine.- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.- Solid understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Passion for quality assurance and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
