Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Must have skills : Workday Core HCM- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of educationGood to Have Skills : Workday Financial IntegrationJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Ability to mass load information via iBs and knowledge on how to cest integration inputs and outputs transactional changes2 Supporting the Workday Architect to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements3 Document technology specifications for current and future configuration4 Act as support to business partners and work to enhance their understanding of Workday5 Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilizedTechnical Experience :1. Must have experience in Workday core HCM2. Good to have understanding Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all projects3. Good to have relevant memberships and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences4. Good to have Knowledge on how to create reports and use them in auditing configuration change effectivenessProfessional Attributes : Should have good communication and Good analytical skills Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of education (ref:hirist.tech)
