Job Description:- Administration Roles in Microsoft 365.- Create the Users/email id in office 365.- Manage the Power BI Desktop.- Add custom branding.- Track service health, Find users that have signed in, Track user activities.- Monitor & Manage Power BI services, Configure Azure connections, Manage capacity settings.- Manage Licenses: - Pro, Premium Per User, Premium per capacity, Manage users, View audit logs, View refresh summary, View usage metrics, View workspace info.- Configure Admin Settings, Tenant settings, Admin API settings, Dashboard, Dataflow settings, Dataset Security settings, Developer settings, Discovery settings, Workspace settings, Power BI visuals settings, Q&A settings, Export and sharing settings.- Power BI Data Gateway installation & configuration, Add Gateway data source.- Backup of Datasets, Reports, Dashboards from Power BI Portal.- Import data in Power BI Desktop.- Installation of Report server and configuration.- Configure the Deployment Pipeline and settings.- Manage billing, purchase of licenses. Create Users & Groups.- Power BI Desktop Setup, Power Query, Importing Data, Data Types, replacing values, Merge column, Remove column, Filters and other functions.- Setting up Power BI Apps & adding audiences in Apps- Configure Workspaces for DEV, QA & Prod environment, managing users & security group.- Implement Row level security on reports & Dashboards.- Building reports, Data Visualization reports.- Schedule Refresh data in Power BI Portal, connecting to data sources.- Setting up the Email Subscriptions.
