Job Description : PHP DeveloperPosition Overview :We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, database management, and web development principles. The PHP Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for efficient data storage and retrieval.- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of web applications.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development, PHP frameworks, and related tools.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other team activities to ensure code quality and project delivery timelines.- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Continuously improve development processes and contribute to the overall technical roadmap of the team.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL or other relational databases.- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.- Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap).- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.Join our team and be part of exciting projects where your expertise in PHP development will make a signific (ref:hirist.tech)
