Must Have Skills : Guidewire, Policy Centre and Rating Job Requirements :- Strong skills in Java, GOSU, and Guidewire Policy Center.- Familiarity with claims processing concepts and processes.- Knowledge of CC (Claims Content) format and its usage in claims processing.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Guidewire applications using Java.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Participate in agile development methodologies and follow best practices for code quality, documentation, and testing.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of new systems and enhancements.
