Job Title : Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) Business Analyst Location : Pune, India Exp : 5+ YearsJob Type : Full-TimeDepartment : Personal Banking and Wealth Management About the Role :As a PBWM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business within our Personal Banking and Wealth Management division. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and orchestrating the implementation of technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities :1. Requirements Gathering : - Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to define and document business processes and requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to extract detailed requirements and understand the business needs deeply.2. Solution Design and Implementation : - Translate business requirements into functional specifications that can be executed by IT teams. - Work closely with system architects and developers to ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and IT standards. - Oversee the implementation of new systems and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and rollout.3. Stakeholder Management : - Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress and user satisfaction.4. Process Improvement : - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Recommend changes to processes, technology, and systems that increase productivity and reduce costs.5. Risk Management and Compliance : - Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Assess and mitigate risks associated with new implementations or changes to existing systems.6. Reporting and Analytics : - Develop and maintain reports for tracking key metrics and project status. - Use data analytics to support business decisions and improve performance.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.- Strong understanding of personal banking products and wealth management services.- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Balsamiq) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Desirable Skills :- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the banking sector (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
