Description:
Skills : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server environments.- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory design and management, and Office 365 administration.- Strong understanding of Azure AD integration and identity management principles.- Knowledge of server and Office 365 security best practices, compliance standards, and backup and disaster recovery solutions.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams - Ability to deliver regular quick updates, system solutions, and communicate issues to Infrastructure team.- Project management skills and experience leading IT infrastructure projects- Ability to adapt to new technologies.Preferred Skills and Qualifications (Optional) : - Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation and system administration tasks.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
