Candidates from MUMBAI or willing to relocate to Mumbai - Please apply!What you'll do on a typical day :- Support the application systems and the technologies associated with the daily operations in a timely manner to manage risk and ensure a reliable and scalable production environment.- Troubleshoot and provide timely resolution of systems issues regarding data analysis, application setup and configuration, application usage, queries, data changes, and reporting.- Develop process improvements to support systems in a 24x7 environment effectively and using the tools efficiently.- Provide application support readiness for changes to the production environment to ensure all changes and processes are properly understood and documented.- Report Monthly Metrics.What you need to succeed at RXO : At a minimum, you'll need : - Bachelor's degree.- 5- 7 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer, with developing/supporting applications on Microsoft technology stack using .Net and SQL Server. - Working knowledge of application LoggingMonitoring Tools - Kibana, Grafana, New Relic.- Understanding of Event Driven application implementation and messaging tools like Kafka and RabbitMQ.- Good understanding of Relational and Non-Relational databases like SQL, Couchbase, Elastic Search.- Working knowledge of various development, debugging, monitoring, profiling tools to design, develop, deploy, maintain and improve software.- Hands-on experience in proactively monitoring and identifying chronic system/performance issues, perform detailed root cause analysis and implement a permanent solution.- Basic knowledge of application development methodologies and agile processes. Through understanding of software development lifecycle, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management processes.- Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and Business, develop constructive relationships to achieve common goals and be able to translate complex technical issue to business users.- Strong analytical and business problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data related issues.- Mentor junior members in the team to help them learn new tools and technologies and understand RCA's for complex application issues.
