Job Description :- We're seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Analyst to join our team on a contract basis.- In this role, you'll play a vital role in the design process, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred).- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related design, with a strong focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.- Proven experience in designing user interfaces that adhere to accessibility standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (WCAG).- 3+ years of experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design using Figma or a similar design tool (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).- A strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered and visually appealing interfaces must be attached with your application.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.- Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and inform design decisions.- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize the user journey and interaction with the interface.- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible.- Ensure UI designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.- Participate in design reviews and actively seek feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.- Maintain a strong understanding of current UI/UX design trends and best practices.
