Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES :Responsible for client Deliverables that include :- Support Model tickets handling: The individual will be in responsible of client tickets and offer L1/L2 level analysis for everything from application issues to access requests.- Track tickets to ensure you don't miss any SLA violations.- Client Monthly Full Refresh: The individual will be in responsible of managing the daily client refresh tasks, which include refreshing the Medicaid, Claims, and Medicare data sets within defined Plan dates.- Client Quality Refresh (5-days TAT): The individual will be in responsible of Quality Refresh, which has a five-day turnaround time.- Keep a tab on bugs raised by QA team for any refresh and work closely with DEV team (if needed) till closure.QUALIFICATIONS :- 3 - 9 Years' experience into Production / Application support in Java environment- SQL Skills and good Communication Skills are mandatory.- Experience with production environment and running the windows batch files for desired operation.- Apache tomcat understanding that involves configuration and creating build.- Basic knowledge with Elasticsearch using sense plugin- Apache tomcat knowledge for preparing build and configuration- Good to have basic JAVA knowledge in production (JAR / WAR / EAR files).- Good to have L1/L2 analysis knowledge.- Experience in Reports preparation using SQL queries.- Good to have Healthcare / FHIR data model experience.
