Key Skills:- ServiceNow Platform - ServiceNow Development - JavaScript - HTML/CSS - ServiceNow Integration - ServiceNow Administration - IT Service Management (ITSM) - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change ManagementJob Description:As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support our clients' IT service management needs.Responsibilities:- Develop, customize, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST APIs and web services. - Provide ServiceNow administration support, including user management, access control, and system configurations. - Implement and customize ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance and service levels. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities. - Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization and scripting. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs and web services. - Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Discovery, and Service Mapping. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of other scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.Skills: It Service Management, Javascript ,Servicenow Orchestration, Servicenow Administration, Rest Apis, Incident Management ,Problem Management, It Service ,Servicenow Integration, It,servicenow Development, Web Services, Change Management, Agile Development Methodologies, Management, Servicenow Service Mapping, Servicenow Platform, Html/css, Powershell, Servicenow, Servicenow Discovery, Python, Html, It Service Management (Itsm) (ref:hirist.tech)
