Position Overview :We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 4-8 years of proven track record to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products from conception to launch. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions that meet customer needs.Responsibilities :- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product strategy and roadmap.- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.- Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and technical constraints.- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.- Communicate product updates and roadmap plans to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.- 4 - 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product plans.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience working in an agile development environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and solving customer problems.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working with B2B or enterprise software products.- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.- Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and UX/UI principles.- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment.
