Responsibilities :Product Strategy : Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and market trends.Roadmap Planning : Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.Feature Definition : Define detailed feature specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.Project Management : Drive the product development process from ideation to release, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies effectively.Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends, informing product decisions.User Feedback : Collect and analyze user feedback, conduct usability studies, and iterate on product features to improve user experience.Product Launch : Lead product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and achieve launch objectives.Performance Tracking : Define and track key product metrics, analyzing performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Stakeholder Communication : Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle, proactively addressing issues and adapting plans as needed.Requirements :Experience : 8-16 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.Product Management Skills : Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering customer value.Leadership Abilities : Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strategic Thinking : Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and business goals into actionable product plans.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.Technical Understanding : Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.Collaboration Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.Adaptability : Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and changing requirements.Customer Focus : Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with a relentless focus on delivering products that exceed customer expectations.Location is Remote, Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
