About the Role : - We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a vital role in customizing and extending the ServiceNow platform to meet our specific business needs.- You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development tools and scripting languages to build powerful workflows, user interfaces, and integrations that streamline IT operations and enhance user experience.Requirements : ServiceNow Expertise : - Certified ServiceNow Application Developer demonstrating a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and development best practices.- 4+ years of experience developing custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.Scripting & Development : - Proven experience with ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding (e. g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts).- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (e.g., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax).Workflow & UI Development : - Extensive experience building custom workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency within ServiceNow.- Proven track record of developing user-friendly custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.- Additional experience with Service Portal development using Widgets, Service Portal Pages, and AngularJS is a plus.Security & Access Control : - Solid understanding of role/group-based Access Control Lists (ACLs) within ServiceNow for configuring and debugging access permissions.Additional Certifications : ITIL V3 Foundations Certification is a plus.Skills & Qualifications : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
