Role : Oracle HCM Technical Developer. Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad. Duration : 12 Months contract. Rate : DOE. Must Have :- 9 years of experience, 2+ years' experience working on HCM Cloud implementation projects.- Good Communication skills.- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud table structure.- Proficient in developing and testing Oracle PLSQL routines.- Good experience on BIP Reports / HCM Extracts / HDL.- Basic functional knowledge of Cloud HCM modules ( Core HR / Benefits / ORC ).- Nice to have Knowledge of OIC /ATOM Feeds.Skills Required : - In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud table structure - Proficiency in developing and testing Oracle PLSQL routines - Strong experience with BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL Additional Skills : - Basic functional knowledge of Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and ORC Nice to have : - Knowledge of OIC and ATOM Feeds Detailed Job Description : - We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. - The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud table structure and possess strong skills in developing and testing Oracle PLSQL routines. - Proficiency in creating and testing BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL is essential for this role. - Additionally, the candidate should have basic functional knowledge of Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and ORC. - While not mandatory, familiarity with OIC and ATOM Feeds would be advantageous.- If you are passionate about Oracle HCM Cloud development and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.
