Job Title : Delphi DeveloperExp : 7 YearsLocation : RemoteTimings : 2 Pm to 11 PMJob description :We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Delphi Developer to join our team.As a Senior Delphi Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in an object-oriented environment.You must have excellent programming skills, including strong experience in Delphi and an understanding of design patterns and best practices.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications.- Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.- Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs.- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.- Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to project manager.- Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Experience working in an Agile development environment.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Experience with SQL Server is a plus.
