About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning models, leveraging the power of Microsoft Azure and OpenAI's GPT Turbo. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning pipelines, cloud computing, and natural language processing (NLP) to contribute to innovative solutions that drive business value.Responsibilities :Model Development & Deployment :- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using languages like Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.- Specifically focus on utilizing OpenAI's GPT Turbo within the Azure environment, exploring its capabilities and limitations.- Integrate developed models into existing applications or build new ones to deliver functionality and insights.Data Engineering & Management :- Participate in the data engineering process, including data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.- Ensure efficient data management practices for model training and deployment within the Azure cloud platform.Machine Learning Pipelines :- Design and implement machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment using tools like Azure Machine Learning.- Continuously monitor and improve model performance through techniques like hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing.Cloud Expertise :- Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly those relevant to AI/ML development, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage.Communication & Collaboration :- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions.Qualifications :- 4-6 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.- Experience with Python programming and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).- Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines and best practices.- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bonus Points :- Experience working with OpenAI's GPT models, including GPT-3 and GPT-4.- Experience with cloud-based deployment tools like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).- Experience with machine learning visualization tools like TensorBoard.- Proven track record of successfully deploying AI/ML models into production.
