Job Description:We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and product requirements.- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Nice to Have:- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.- Experience with motion design and animation.- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Health insurance- Retirement plan- Flexible work hours- Remote work options- Professional development opportunities (ref:hirist.tech)
