Look for a Lead or Architect with Code review and debug experience Required Mandatory Skills :- Should understand codes in Java, JavaScript, SQL, React, and Redox- L2 Level support, Incident Management, Change Management- Agile Release Management Jira, GitHub, etc.- AWS SaaS amp Micro service- Elastic search, Cloud WatchWe are looking for YOU if you have :- University Degree in a Software related discipline- 4 years experience in a product development or application support role- Solid experience of application management and modern BAU lifecycle- Experience of hands on 2nd line support and issue management, with excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills- Proven capability in managing functional amp; non functional defects to closure- Experienced with implementing change to live production environments- Excellent diagnostic skills debugging, troubleshooting, issue avoidance- Understanding of process automation and system optimisation for scalability and speed- Awareness of ITIL best practices for Problem, Issue amp; Incident management- Beneficial To Have EdTech Experience But Not Essential- Tools amp Technologies - Knowledge of Release Management in agile environments using tools such as Jira, GitHub,- Confluence and CI TeamCity, Jenkins- Solid experience of REST APIs for B2B products- Working knowledge of AWS SaaS products, microservice architectures and modern DB solutions- Comfortable developing highly maintainable code in 2 or more of : Java, JavaScript, SQL, React, Redux- Experience of monitoring solutions for applications, logs and Infrastructure such as Elasticsearch,- CloudWatch, OverOps, APM or similarMore Specifically The Role Will :- Provide small changes to the SaaS products and platforms of the Inspera Assessment Solution,- Ensuring these are conceived, developed, tested, and released in line with our standards- Offer front line 2nd Line technical support for the Service Management team across system applications; prioritizing and categorizing requests, troubleshooting, and solving issues, assessing impacts and overseeing cases are solved promptly within SLAs- Take ownership of defects or small product enhancements from initiation to close.- Work with colleagues to safely deliver patches amp; upgrades to the product functionality or platforms- Provide daily operational insights into production health and internal metrics SLOs- Continually improve our products or customer experience by using operational data to identify areas of focus- Proactively support the management of incidents and problems, driving improvements to avoid them, working on the quick restoration of service- Enhance our monitoring capabilities to ensure we have strong insights into the operation and user patterns of our products.- Provide oversight and implementation support for changes to our production platformDescribe a typical day as an application support :- Do you work on tickets from JIRA, or is it monitoring or u look at the tools before the crash- Is a health checkup part of your daily routine- Considering the big clientele what are the issues you think we can encounter - Which AWS features have you worked on- Multi tenants In your current organization how does that work- How are you managing the customization for tenants- Explain Change Management- Identified and owned a production issue and what was your success story- Top 3 achievements (ref:hirist.tech)
