Role Specification: Solution ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Solutioning Team to drive the solutioning mapping for our products. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level and create a legacy of your own in the digital lending technology landscape.About the Role: Solution Architect is responsible for creating and implementing the product architecture that satisfies the intended business requirements from clients. They begin by gathering business needs, learning the requirements' details, and working with stakeholders to provide the desired outcome. Will be the key interface between the client, users and project manager to provide the best solution based on requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Designing, modifying, and testing product and solution architecture- Define high level architecture and designing for the assigned scope that provides solutions to deliver great business outcomes and meets our long-term strategy- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions. Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates- Define and communicate a shared functional and architectural vision of end-to-end product design.- Work closely and provide inputs to delivery team for implementation and convert functional specs into technical specs and deliverable product, monitor for successful progress of project implementation.- Provide sign off on developed product / project implementation (to confirm in line with the specs)- Work with stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented, provide supervision and guidance to development team as & when needed- Interact with support and project teams to understand gaps and take up requirements for future releases.- Review User Manual and test cases prepared.- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets- Engage with customers, Sales team to understand current trends of the market to get to understand the current market requirements- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.- Analyse current products used within the company and determine ways to improve on solutioning.- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where neededKey Requirements:1. Minimum 8 to 20 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or SME roles in BFSI domain.2. Strong working experience of system and product architecture in one of the domains: Lending / Loan Origination / Loan Management is a must.3. Possess strong client facing skills and experience in handling external stakeholders.4. Experience in requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories, documenting the functional/business requirements.5. Hands on with BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams, solutioning, data management & validation of functional scope.6. Should have experience working in project implementation7. Excellent written and verbal communication8. Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business.9. Prefer candidature from software products, services or consulting background.Location: Open for Chennai & Mumbai. (ref:hirist.tech)
