Description:

Job Description :Responsibilities :- Create a consistent and cohesive look across devices and platforms.- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.- Create visual elements & layouts from wireframes & mock-ups.- Create prototypes to effectively communicate & test design approaches & options.- Complete visual design and style guides with great attention to detail.- Work with UI developers to implement pixel-perfect strategies that ensure technical success.- Build style guides, pixel-perfect specifications and validate with UI acceptance testing.Requirements :- 1-2 years of UI design experience delivering outstanding consumer mobile & web applications.- A proven track record of designing complex yet pragmatic & intuitive interactions and translate them into beautiful UI.- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery and application of fundamental design skills around grid, typography, color & mood, iconography & illustrations, hierarchy.- Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android, and iOS.- Ability to work in a cross-team environment.- Excellent communication skills and a great attitude, enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders to understand and solve challenges.- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.- Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.- Design our web & mobile app user experience.Preferred Qualifications :- Mobile app design experience- Consumer web/app design experience- Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma) (ref:hirist.tech)
