Job Title : SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) ConsultantJob Description :We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant specialized in the Customer Service (CS) module to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and customizing the system to meet those objectives. They will possess strong technical and configuration skills, along with a deep understanding of CS module functionalities.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze customer business requirements and tailor the SAP CS module to meet their objectives.- Utilize strong SAP technical and configuration knowledge to implement solutions in the CS module.- Leverage 5+ years of SAP SD experience to ensure seamless integration between CS and SD modules.- Demonstrate expertise in integrating CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.- Possess extensive knowledge of repair processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking, with a focus on integration with SAP Service Order processing.- Provide comprehensive understanding of service work orders and their integration throughout the repair process.- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including articulating business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.- Willingness to work in an onsite/offshore delivery model.Desired Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the SAP CS module.- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.- Strong understanding of integration points between CS and other SAP modules.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- SAP certification in CS or related modules is a plus.- Prior experience in onsite/offshore delivery models is preferred.Additional Information :This is a full-time position based on project needs.Competitive compensation package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.Opportunity for career growth and advancement within the organization.If you have the required skills and experience and are looking to take the next step in your SAP consulting career, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
