Designation : Senior ML EngineerLocation : Hyderabad, IndiaWork Mode : OfficeReporting to : Lead Data ScientistResponsibilities : Design robust and scalable machine learning systems to address business needsWorking with both structured and unstructured data (images, text, video, audio)Developing AI and ML models. Researching on new AI and ML techniquesExperience of working with Transformers (BERT, RoBERTa), CNN, LSTM, XGBoost, GPT, YOLO etc.Working on pattern recognition, knowledge graph, classification, and regression techniquesDocument Machine Learning Processes detailing the data gathering, transformation, model training, and deploymentDevelop ETL pipelines using SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data version control.Experiment with different algorithms, hyperparameters, and preprocessing techniques to achieve the desired level of accuracy and efficiencyConduct hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other statistical techniques to validate assumptions, assess model performance, and interpret resultsDesign and execute comprehensive tests to evaluate models' performance, robustness, and reliability. Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies and use this information to inform model development and decision-making processes.Establish crucial performance metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, to gauge model effectiveness and identify any irregularities or anomalies.Analyze model outputs, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for model improvement.Establish working pipelines using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS)Understanding of MLOps concepts and exploration of the MLOps tools like MLFlow, KubeFlow, etc.Qualifications : Looking for a minimum of 3-6 Years of hands-on experience in data science.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms & principles (regression analysis, time series, probabilistic models, supervised classification, and unsupervised learning), and their application.Strong experience in NLP and BERT, LLM family modelsFamiliarity with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (strong experience in at least one).Excellent programming skills in prototyping languages such as Python and R.Experience with Java and Scala is a plus.Good experience using SQLExperience building ML/DL models at scaleExperience building APIs using any one of Flask, Django, and/or FastAPIProficient with GitExperience working with Docker / KubernetesKnowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, code optimization, modular design, and testing methodologies.Knowledge of Web Application Development (Good to have)PySpark and Big Data technologies (Good to have)Most importantly, a can-do attitude and desire to make a difference is an absolute must.Experience working with cloud services (AWS)Education : Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fieldsInterview Process : Application Review : Your application will be thoroughly reviewed by our hiring team to assess your qualifications and experience.Technical Interview : If shortlisted, you'll have an initial interview with our hiring manager.
