Embrace the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals in a dynamic and innovative work environment.Responsibilities :Design high-quality products while maintaining visual consistency across all GeoIQ products.Understand the user and advocate on their behalf while designing the product for day-to-day use.Develop a strong rationale for design decisions and effectively communicate your design perspectives.Work with product, engineering, marketing teams to deliver robust, well-crafted products that provide meaningful value and delight our users.Own products & projects not just features; Identify design opportunities and shape the vision of our products, driving significant product areas forward.Drive design thinking and mentor junior product designers to deliver high-quality, user-centric designs.Mentorship to the junior designers in the team.Requirements :With 4+ years of experience in product design, you can demonstrate a solid portfolio of successful projects.Proven track record of delivering high quality products while managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive team culture.Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.A bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
