Job Description :Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 IT Engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.- Oversee asset management for the production LAB, including procurement, tracking, and maintenance.- Develop quarterly plans for team activities and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.- Ensure compliance with established processes and standards, including ITIL practices.- Manage the knowledge base, ensuring documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.- Plan and execute future projects, including technology rollouts and upgrades.- Facilitate discussions on technology roadmaps, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.- Manage team leaves, rotations, roles, and training to maintain operational effectiveness.- Plan end-user engagement activities and handle escalation cases, ensuring high customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with system and network teams to ensure seamless operations.- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations.- Oversee data sanitization and management processes to maintain data security and compliance.- Conduct performance management against SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.- Facilitate quarterly reviews to assess team performance and identify areas for growth and development.Skills and Competencies :- Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (B.Tech preferred).- Certification in MCSE, RHEL (preferred), and ITIL.- 5-10 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably managing a team of similar size.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficiency in asset management and project management.- Sound understanding of IT processes and compliance standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- Proven track record of driving results and meeting SLAs.
