Description:
About the Role :- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our growing team.- You will play a key role in independently developing, maintaining, and optimizing our .NET applications.- You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and delivers high-quality software.Responsibilities :- Independently design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable . NET applications using C#, MVC, and . NET Core.- Conduct thorough code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and guide junior developers on secure coding practices and complex technical challenges.- Debug and troubleshoot application and database performance issues to ensure optimal system functionality.- Collaborate effectively with project managers to estimate tasks, define project timelines, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.- Design small, independent modules and contribute to the architecture of scalable and efficient software systems.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of interconnected modules, complex functionalities, and algorithms.- Leverage extensive API experience to integrate and consume external data sources.Technical Skills- Proven experience as a .NET Developer with 4-8 years of experience.- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.- NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.- Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or Node.js and NoSQL databases is a plus.Must-have skills : - Client-side scripting (JavaScript/jQuery).- Extensive experience working with APIs.- Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex stored procedures and T-SQL queries.Soft Skills :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to discuss application features, requirements, and issues with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented and experienced in Agile Scrum methodology.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.- Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work from our office on a daily basis.Bonus Points :- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).- Experience with performance optimization techniques for applications and databases.
