Responsibilities :- Thrive in ambiguity & experience working with global team across various time zones.- Additionally, manage various workstreams and deliverables of the projects in Jira.- Proven track record and experience in mentoring junior team members- Ability to drive decision making for highly technical solutions using Facts & AlternativesRequired Skills :- 4-6 years of overall software experience in RDBMS, Big Data & NoSQL- Rock star SQL & Python skills especially PL-SQL, jinja templating, dynamic SQL queries, ODBC connections and creating and maintaining stored procedures.- Should be strong in all DDL/DML statements/Queries and SQL Concepts- Strong SQL query writing skills are required to create complex business logics.- Strong understanding of data warehouse ideas and expertise with data modelling (2-3 years)- Expertise in the building of PowerBI dashboards is required.- (3-4 years of relevant experience)- Expert level proficiency in Python especially on data wrangling, analysis, and modelling as well.- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Git (managing commits, issues, branches, merge conflicts, etc) and Docker (building images and executing workflows in containerized environments)- Excellent problem solving, analytic skills, and written and oral English communication skills, stakeholder/expectation management skills.- Good verbal, written and presentation skills.- Experience of communication with the clients and with all key stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities :- Participates in design and coding activities, and helps with requirements, analysis, and testing as needed.- Helps remove roadblocks to delivery success.- Ensures product quality through effective monitoring of quality trends, test automation, defect tracking and root cause analysis.- Assures that all production deliveries meet acceptance, operational, and quality criteria.- Communicates effectively within the team and with all stakeholders by providing high-quality visibility into planned and actual deliverables.- Is a model developer, with sharp coding skills and a passion for excellence.
