Position Title : Sr. Engineer - AWS Terraform GoLangRequired Experience : 5 - 6 yearsPosition Type : Full Time or ContractJob Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities) :- This is an individual contributor role to manage and build Public, Private and Hybrid cloud infrastructure at in highly hydrogenous environment.- Serve as a key member to help design and delivery of responsive backend services, utilising best practice principles.- Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.- Work in an agile delivery team, with familiarity with the processes and ceremonies- Has a drive to learn industry leading/innovative technologies and solutions- Good positive attitude, communication, willingness to learn and share with others.- Effective in managing work priorities and your time - both independently and as part of a team- Bring a culture of innovation and experimentation, as well as manage risk taking to implement creative ideas.- Bring a culture of continuous improvement and willingness to challenge the status quo.- Guide and mentor other engineers and collaborate with external teams & Product Owners- Appetite to learn new technologies and translate them into working software.Mandatory Skills :- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.- 4+ years of development experience in a modern development stack GoLang is essential.- Experience in IaC development with Terraform and Ansible.- Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring services running on Kubernetes/ OpenShift.- Exposure to public cloud services in AWS and Azure is essential- Experience with automated build and test frameworks is essential.- Understanding of building applications with secure integration with API Gateways using REST endpoints is a plus.- Familiarity with API & integration patterns to securely communicate with backend services and clients.Desired Skills :- Knowledge of programming in Python is a plus.- Good understanding of Application and Network Security architectures is a plus.- Understanding of NoSQL, Messaging and caching products such as Kafka, Couchbase and Redis is a plus.Education & Certifications : BE/ BTech / BSC / MCA (ref:hirist.tech)
