Job Title : Lead React DeveloperLocation : Bangalore, IndiaExperience Required : 7+ yearsKey Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.- Design, architect, and develop robust and scalable front-end solutions using React.js and related technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.- Implement and maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security throughout the development process.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development workflows and enhance team productivity.- Act as a subject matter expert on React.js and related technologies, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.Key Requirements :- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, with hands-on experience building complex applications.- Proficiency with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux, including state management and data flow.- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript and modern JavaScript features.- Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js, and knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT), and best practices for securing web applications.- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including Babel, Webpack, and npm/yarn.- Strong Full Stack development skills with hands-on experience in server-side rendering using Node.js.- Relevant experience with frameworks like Next.js, Gatsby, or other Progressive Web App (PWA) frameworks.Benefits :- Competitive salary package up to 25 LPA based on experience and skills.- Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.- Flexible working hours and the option for remote work arrangements.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a dynamic and innovative environment.- Collaborative team culture with regular team-building activities and events.
