The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), along with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI techniques.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI solutions to address them.- Conduct research and experimentation to improve AI models' accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.- Implement best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation in AI projects.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in Generative AI, and incorporate them into our solutions.- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities within the AI team.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master's or Ph.D. in AI-related disciplines is a plus.- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in AI development, including machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.- Experience with Generative AI techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), or similar models.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala for AI development.- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and tools for text generation, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI model deployment and management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to AI development.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
