Description:
Responsibilities :- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.- Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements, considering aspects such as performance, scalability, security, and usability.- Break down requirements into manageable backlogs and use cases for implementation by the development team.- Collaborate with stakeholders and development team members to prioritize requirements and define acceptance criteria.- Assist the development team during the development process, providing clarification and guidance as needed.- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and reviews with stakeholders and development team members.- Ensure that requirements are accurately captured and documented throughout the software development lifecycle.- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.- Provide input and support for testing efforts, including test case development and validation against requirements.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional consulting.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the Storage Domain.- Strong understanding of requirement-gathering techniques and methodologies.- Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements.- Ability to break down requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development team members.- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.- Experience in the storage domain is highly desirable.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
