Job Description :Responsibilities :- Research, write, and finalize technical product documentation for enterprise software.- Build and publish end-user documentation for product releases.- Create clear and concise technical content for end users.- Plan, estimate, and deliver the work allocated on time.- Work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Technical Support teams.- Create high-quality documentation by adhering to the standard writing guidelines and ensure that the documents are easily readable, technically accurate, and complete.- Create additional product information in the form of digital content suitable for tutorials, training, marketing, webinars, blogging, and conference presentations.- Knowledge of style guides like Microsoft Style.- Report issues with the product as you use it to develop the user documentation.Skills :- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.- Agile development practices.- Basic programming or scripting skills.- XML/SGML editor such as Arbortext, FrameMaker.- Technical Writing skills in different tools such as Zoho writer, MS word, Zira and Robo help.Educational Qualification :- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in relevant technical field- Min 1yr into technical writing- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in relevant technical field- Min 1yr into technical writing (ref:hirist.tech)
