Strong knowledge on testing life cycle and Agile is requiredExperience with SIP, Opensips/Freeswitch/Asterisk and understanding of networking is required.Good understanding of SIP call flow or similar protocol knowledge is required . Strong knowledge on protocols like TCP , UDP , WSS is required . Familiarity with Linux must be needed . Ability to create scripts in shell , python Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Strong understanding of network testing tools like wireshark, tcpdump, winscpKnowledge of Tools like : Nagios , Kibana and Elasticsearch will be a plus .Knowledge on call center applications will be a plus point .
