About the Role :We are looking for a talented and experienced NLP Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in NLP techniques, machine learning frameworks, and software development to extract insights from text data, automate tasks, and enhance user experiences.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement NLP applications utilizing techniques for text representation (e.g., word embeddings, TF-IDF), semantic extraction, and information retrieval.- Participate in the entire NLP pipeline, from data cleaning and pre-processing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.- Develop and maintain production-quality code, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.- Utilize machine learning frameworks (Keras, PyTorch) and libraries (scikit-learn) to build and train NLP models (sentiment analysis, topic modeling, etc.).- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP research and readily adopt new techniques and tools.- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective NLP solutions.- Document technical specifications, code, and models for future reference and knowledge sharing.Candidate Qualifications :- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing NLP applications.- Strong understanding of fundamental NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling.- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in NLP (Python preferred, Java or R a plus).- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (Keras, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (scikit-learn).- Proven ability to design and implement software systems effectively, delivering production-quality code.- Deep understanding of text representation techniques (n-grams, bag-of-words, sentiment analysis, etc.).Required Skills :- NLP fundamentals (text representation, semantic extraction, modeling)- Machine learning frameworks (Keras, PyTorch) and libraries (scikit-learn)- Programming languages for NLP (Python preferred)- Software development best practices and clean coding principlesAdditional Skills (Preferred) :- Experience with deep learning techniques for NLP (e.g., LSTMs, Transformers)- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying NLP models- Experience with NLP APIs and tools (e.g., spaCy, NLTK)- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
