We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our team and drive innovation in Payment Technology. You will play a crucial role in taking our crypto platform to the next level. Your leadership will shape the future of fintech at Coincrowd. Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.- Develop and execute the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for Coincrowd's crypto platform.- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our platform, ensuring it meets high standards of security, performance, and scalability.- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives.- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform at the cutting edge.- Drive and support the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.- Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting career growth within the team.- Ensure a strong focus on security, compliance, and data protection. Qualifications :- 12+ years of experience in Technology minimum 4 years as Head of Engineering.- Technology Stack: Python, React, Flutter, PostgreSql, Elastic, GCP - Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in the fintech or related industry.- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in agile development methodologies.- Experience with equity-based compensation structures is a plus.What We Offer : In recognition of your valuable contributions, you will receive an equity-based compensation package.
