About the Role :We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, building, managing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and security best practices to ensure a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud environment.Responsibilities :- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).- Implement robust security controls and access management policies to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud environment.- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, maintaining high availability and uptime.- Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in cloud technologies and security.Candidate Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 9-11 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management.- Proven experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a strong understanding of their core services (compute, storage, networking, security).- In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing security controls in the cloud.- Experience with cloud automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Automation) is a plus.Required Skills :- Extensive Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices- Experience with cloud monitoring and optimization techniquesAdditional Skills (Preferred) :- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)- Experience with cloud cost management tools- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
