The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in implementing and deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central software, providing support, and performing business requirements analysis.Key Responsibilities :- Implementation and Deployment : Design, configure, implement, and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central software solutions according to client requirements.- ISV Products and Extensions : Provide support and expertise on ISV (Independent Software Vendor) products and extensions integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.- ERP Implementation : Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.- End-user Support : Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.- Business Requirements Analysis : Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting functional specifications and solution designs.- Version Experience : Experience with implementation in NAV 2013 or 2016 to NAV 2018 is required, ensuring familiarity with earlier versions of Navision.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in ERP implementations and deployments.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- 6 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementation and deployment, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.- Proficiency in designing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central software solutions.- Strong understanding of ISV products and extensions integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, including pre-go-live and post-go-live support.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.- Microsoft Dynamics NAV certifications are a plus.
