Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems using Node.js- Architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions to support scalable and distributed applications- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement application requirements- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members- Troubleshooting and debugging production issues in a timely manner- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development and microservices architectureQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express.js, Nest. js)- Expertise in microservices architecture and experience with related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API design and development- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible)- Knowledge of GraphQL and experience with its implementation- Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (ref:hirist.tech)
