About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow instance through a combination of manual and automated testing practices. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow tester, along with strong Java programming skills and expertise in ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). Experience with Agile methodologies is also essential.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute test plans for ServiceNow customizations, workflows, and functionalities- Utilize ServiceNow ATF to automate test cases and regression suites- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code for test automation scripts- Perform manual functional testing to identify and report defects- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings (Agile environment)- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practicesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow tester- Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and modules- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and Java programming- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies- Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and collaboration skillsResponsibilities:- Manage the ServiceNow instance configuration and customization according to business requirements. - Develop and maintain workflows and automations to streamline service delivery processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported through ServiceNow ticketing system. - Create and maintain knowledge base articles for end-user self-service. - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow. - Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
