Description:
Qualification :- Total Experience : 8 + years of total IT experience- Min Experience in Pega : 5+ years- Mandatory certification : Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or CSSAKey Skills & Responsibilities :- Administer and maintain the Pega platform, including CDH / CVM applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability.- Should have good experience in deploying Pega in OCP environment and experience of automated deployments via Jenkins CICD- Install, configure, and upgrade Pega platform components, including application servers, databases, and middleware.- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance.- Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data.- Manage user access and permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms.- Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.- Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and end-users as needed.- Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.- Collaborate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new features and capabilities.
