Our core values drive us, in business, internally, and in our everyday lives.Reporting to the SVP, Product, this is a key role on the Veryon Product Management Team. You will be expected to manage a strategically prioritized product roadmap and define the solutions needed to resolve key customer pain points. You will play a critical role in the success financial growth of Veryon by ensuring we go to market with market-leading products and beneficial integration partnerships. Success in this role will be accomplished by asking questions often, understanding and documenting our customers’ challenges, working with the product delivery team and partners to define and design solutions, and then translating those challenges and solutions to the development team in a collaborative and agile way. What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. This includes identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, defining the product roadmap, developing buy vs build analysis, and supporting M&A diligence. Commercial Achievement : Support the sales and customer success team through both the collaborative setting and achievement of commercial objectives for the product, including annual revenue, bookings, and NRR goals. Roadmap Planning: Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives. Ensure the roadmap reflects input from stakeholders and is adaptable to evolving market dynamics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product development efforts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation. Go To Market Leadership: Oversee the entire go-to-market plan for the product, including end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Work with Sales and Marketing in their development of sales enablement plans, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats. Who We’re Looking For - The Personal Competencies That Matter Initiative. Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, advocating for the customer throughout the product development process. Champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization to ensure that product decisions are driven by customer value. Orientation: Set ambitious but achievable goals for product success, and drive the team towards meeting or exceeding these goals. Take ownership of product outcomes and demonstrate a relentless focus on delivering business results. Discipline: Sets clear priorities, objectives, and plans for teams and crisply communicates throughout the organization. Stays disciplined against product management best practices while balancing against pragmatic objectives of the Company.
