The Role We are searching for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. In this role, you will play a key part in building our online community and amplifying our brand voice across various social media platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives. Conduct in-depth audience research to understand target demographics, preferences, and social media behavior. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent content flow. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using social listening tools and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities to maximize brand reach and engagement. Foster and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers to expand brand reach. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices. Come up with long and short form video ideas Reach out to podcaster for collaboration Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with content creation (writing, graphic design, video editing) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for social media and a keen understanding of current social media trends.
