We are looking for a skilled Selenium Tester with expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, Hive, and Snowflake to join our quality assurance team. As a Selenium Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark, Hive, and Snowflake to develop comprehensive test scenarios and perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data-driven applications.Key Responsibilities :Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to validate the functionality of web-based applications.Design, implement, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios for automation.Perform data validation and verification using SQL queries to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in relational databases.Utilize Python scripting for test automation, data manipulation, and test data generation.Work with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Hive, and Snowflake to validate data processing and analytics pipelines.Execute regression tests, smoke tests, and integration tests to validate software releases and deployments.Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.Document test cases, test results, and defects to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team.Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in software testing, test automation, and Big Data technologies.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer, with experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver.Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation, with experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Proficiency in Python programming language for test automation and scripting.Experience with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Hive, and Snowflake for data validation and analytics.Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Relevant certifications in software testing, Selenium WebDriver, or Big Data technologies are a plus.
