Description:

Responsibilities :- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.- Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.- Develop custom Plugins and workflows to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications as needed.- Create and maintain technical documentation.- Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.- Stay current with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization capabilities.- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 forms, views, workflows, and business rules.- Experience developing custom Plugins using C#.- Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.Preferred Qualifications :- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, or Office 365.- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
