Description:
Workday Integrations DeveloperTCS is seeking Workday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations. This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own one or more integrations to design develop and deliver.Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements :- At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio- Experience in development of complex reports - General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas- Good understanding of Workday security- Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team playerGood to Have Skillsets :- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantageResponsibilities :- Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery- Gather requirements and prototype the integrations- Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary- Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation- Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires - Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary (ref:hirist.tech)
