Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planview Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management processes by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Planview Enterprise platform.The Ideal Candidate : - 2-6 years of experience working as a Planview administrator or in a similar role managing project management software.- Strong understanding of Planview Enterprise and its functionalities.- Experience with IT administration principles and best practices.- Proven experience configuring and managing Planview Enterprise across various modules (e.g. portfolios, projects, resources, workload).- Ability to create and manage project lifecycles within Planview to streamline project workflows.- Experience with Spring configuration within Planview is a plus.- Experience setting up and managing bill rates and resource rates within Planview.- Solid understanding of Planview reporting tools and the ability to generate insightful reports.- Familiarity with the Planview Progression Engine for automating workflows.- Experience with scripting languages used within Planview, such as Scripted Dialogs, is a plus.- Understanding of integration concepts for inbound and outbound data exchange with planning tools.- Experience with the latest version of Planview, ideally cloud-based on AWS.Additional Skills (Desirable) : - Experience administering Planview Portfolio Management and Planview AdaptiveWork.- Experience with Planview AgilePlace and its functionalities.- Knowledge of lifecycle building best practices within Planview.- Experience integrating Planview with Agile tools such as Jira.Responsibilities : - Configure and maintain the Planview Enterprise platform to meet the specific needs of the organization.- Create and manage user accounts, security permissions, and access controls.- Develop and maintain project templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Define and configure custom fields, reports, and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.- Support users with troubleshooting Planview issues and answer their questions.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Planview features and updates.- Perform system administration tasks such as backups, data maintenance, and upgrades.- Integrate Planview with other enterprise applications as needed.
