Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical System Analyst to join our Design and Planning Team! In this role, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of IT network infrastructure projects. You will leverage your expertise in business analysis, project management, and Agile methodologies to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.The Ideal Candidate :- Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on IT network infrastructure projects.- Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).- Experience in analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Skilled in managing requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments (technical and non-technical).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio for creating clear and concise documentation.- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for end-users.- Experience organizing and maintaining product and sprint backlogs in an Agile environment.- Ability to translate client and product strategy requirements into actionable application requirements and user stories.- Skilled in defining clear and measurable acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.- Experience working with and understanding large, multi-module systems.- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.Responsibilities :- Actively participate as a key member of the Design and Planning Team for IT network infrastructure projects.- Document business processes, user workflows, and technical specifications using various methods (job aids, templates, flowcharts, etc.).- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for end-users on new systems and processes.- Analyze business problems, user needs, and system requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and define acceptance criteria.- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.- Experience with network infrastructure concepts and components is a plus.
