Description:
The Flutter Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in Flutter development, with a strong understanding of mobile app development principles, UI/UX design, and best practices. This role requires hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.Key Responsibilities : Mobile App Development : - Design and develop mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces following Material Design guidelines and Cupertino design patterns.- Develop custom UI components, widgets, and animations to enhance user experience and engagement.State Management and Data Persistence : - Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Redux, or Riverpod to manage application state and data flow.- Integrate with local and remote data sources using APIs, databases, or file storage for data persistence and synchronization.- Cache data locally for offline access and optimize data loading and synchronization processes.Integration with Backend Services : - Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs using RESTful or GraphQL endpoints.- Authenticate users and implement secure communication protocols to protect sensitive data.- Handle push notifications, background tasks, and other platform-specific features using platform channels and plugins.Testing and Quality Assurance : - Write unit tests, integration tests, and widget tests to ensure the reliability and stability of Flutter applications.- Conduct manual testing and user acceptance testing to validate application functionality and usability.- Perform performance profiling and optimization to improve app performance and responsiveness.Continuous Integration and Deployment : - Set up CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Deploy mobile applications to app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) and manage release cycles and versioning.- Monitor app performance and crashes using analytics and monitoring tools, and iterate on improvements based on user feedback and metrics.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : - Document technical designs, implementation details, and configuration settings for Flutter applications.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members through code reviews, tech talks, and internal training sessions.- Contribute to the Flutter community by sharing insights, code samples, and best practices through forums, blogs, or open-source projects.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter and Dart.- Proficiency in Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and Flutter ecosystem (packages, plugins, tools).- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and best practices.- Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
