Our vision is to create a tech ecosystem which is fully automated, highly available, technology driven, zero human touch and extremely scalable.Job Summary : The QA Automation Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the automation testing efforts within the Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The QA Automation Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, establish best practices, and drive the adoption of automation across the organization.Skills & Experience we are looking for :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience (5-7 years) in automation testing and test automation framework development.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit, etc.- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :- The Automation Lead will be responsible for automating the regression UI tests, and API tests.- Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.- Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.- Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.- Designing and installing software databases.- Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.- Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.- Participate in post-production implementation verification.
