Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced developer to oversee the development of software applications using C# Unity. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of C# programming language and Unity game engine, and strong leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.- Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance.- Review and approve code changes and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.- Identify and address technical issues and risks in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor team members to help them achieve their full potential.- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the team's projects.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.- At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C# Unity.- At least 1+ years of experience in a Mentoring team of developers.- Strong knowledge of C# programming language, Unity game engine, and related development tools.- Experience with agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and project management tools.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
